A team of dedicated employees operating the turning/milling centers utilize their expertise to produce a diverse range of products. Our on-site secondary maching capabilities enhance our product line and set Falmer apart from the competition.
What about our Quality?With computer-aided design capabilities, Falmer offers simple or intricate machining, that meet or exceed customer expectations. Delivery is available on Falmer trucks within a 100 mile radius. Our quality parameters support ISO 9002 procedures and we make sure all of our vendors can also certify the process they perform. Falmer's SPC program is used to monitor and control each phase of production to insure customer satisfaction. This involves gathering data utilizing electronic measuring instruments, an optical comparator, hardness testers, and a profilometer. Plating thickness are also measured and to make sure that quality is built in each phase to match specifications. Contact Information
